Great news from Zoopla that almost eight in ten sellers have instructed high-street agents in the past year.
Zoopla’s chief Commercial Officer, Andy Marshall, notes that:

The survey suggests that 43 per cent of agents are now offering mortgage advice and brokering, with 42 per cent offering legal services.
