IMPORTANT LIABILITY STATEMENT

The property estimate provided using the Service is only an estimate and based on information that has been collected from third parties. You must only use the estimates provided on this basis and only for your own personal (non-business) use.
Property prices for similar properties are analysed within the given postcode and street as the one entered. The estimate is then calculated by taking the historic sale price of the given property and applying a percentage annual change to that property based on that data from the street or surrounding postcode area. The estimation tool assumes that the property is of standard of construction and general condition and does not take into consideration any changes to that property since the last time it transacted.

Any estimate should not be relied on for the purpose of valuing a property for property sale, purchase, mortgage or any related purposes. We do not undertake any formal valuation of the properties analysed in providing the estimates. We recommend that you seek a professional valuation from a suitably qualified surveyor or other suitably qualified professional before using any estimate for the purposes outlines above.

We shall not be liable for any losses you or anyone else suffers as a result of relying on the estimations.

WE DO NOT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT OUR LIABILITY FOR ANYTHING WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO AND YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER ARE NOT AFFECTED BY ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
