What was your prior experience before using BriefYourMarket.com for communicating?

Our clients come from all walks of life and no two clients have the same needs and wants. It is important that our colleagues at Harvey Scott take time and care to understand our clients and how they want to go about their business. We didn’t really engage with our clients apart from during the normal workings of a sale or a let. Particularly we did not have any method for keeping contact with past clients and we probably lost a fair amount of business by not doing so. Our challenges were time, method and cost!

What have been the results of usingBriefYourMarket.com?

I previously worked for another agent who used BriefYourMarket.com. I had already discussed the system with my new directors and we seized the chance of a demo when one of your team were at a nearby business and had time to visit us too. Our initial training was carried out on site and was very comprehensive. I have found all the staff at BriefYourMarket.com friendly, professional and efficient. We are only really using Newsletter and Email features as of yet!

We mainly use Newsletters for keeping in touch and highlighting new or special products that clients may not have heard about without the newsletter service. We recently had seven enquiries within an hour of a property being ‘highlighted’ through an email to the database In order to get anything like that response we would have traditionally either had to mail out or call individual clients and when you have a contact database in excess of 5,000 contacts that would have been some task!
