They also have a dedicated in house team that deals with new business, local brand awareness and board presence and we even have our own street team for mail shots and leafleting.

The challenge:

London Residential wanted a marketing solution that was able to offer automation, a reduced carbon footprint, and better communication with customers. They are endorsed by the council as an eco-friendly business, so they wanted to steer clear from manual Mail Drop cards and instead target specific audiences so that there was less wastage. There would also ideally be cost savings associated with taking this route to market.  Communication would ideally come from email campaigns, and with strong branding and an eye catching logo, London Residential were keen to also try letters to harness the power of printed marketing. 

The results:

  • New buyers and vendors were gained from letter campaigns sent through BriefYourMarket.com. As this was done digitally, there was less wastage, and becuase the data and addresses were checked against the Royal Mail Database, there were additional benefits that the letters were being sent addressed to the correct residents. 
  • Targeted mail drops allow them to maintain their eco-friendly status. As requested, canvassing cards can be sent digital direct to door, meaning that fuel costs were minimised from the standard method of delivering awarness pieces like sold in your road campaigns.
