'Hot Property' templates were created by our designers, which allow Let Leeds to have an easy to complete newsletter that highlights only the best properties. This can be segmented based on property type, meaning a higher CTR for interested potential tenants. By linking our email marketing software with Google Analytics, Let Leeds were able to see the spikes in website traffic associated with an email communication - which increase by around 300% per send.
